Project Description

Near is the Largest Source of Intelligence on People, Places & Products. Founded in 2012, Near is headquartered in Singapore with offices in California, New York, London, Paris, Bangalore, Tokyo and Sydney.We had the opportunity to design their office space in Bangalore, that they refer to as their “home” in India.The design of this office, sprawling across 30,000 SFT, revolves around the special needs of the company. The team at Near briefed us that the well-being and happiness of the employee was of utmost importance to them. We have a common belief that a great workplace fosters the feeling of community, propels innovation and productivity, and keeps everyone motivated. Catering to their thought process we designed the office to have special interactive spaces, pantry with sit-out, as well as a rooftop cafeteria, all designed to cultivate a collaborative, fun, positive, exploratory and motivating atmosphere to help them bring out the best. The open workstation areas corresponding with glass partitions lend an air of sophistication to office interiors, making it more appealing to clients from all industries and market sectors.
